Greetings!

Integration and harvest are intertwined in the energies of September. This is a time of putting our feet on the path—our car on the road of our intentions. What we have been planting and nurturing since the Vernal Equinox is coming into harvest for the Fall Equinox later in the month. The turning of the seasons, whether you are moving into autumn or spring, is a time of renewal and a time to bring forth our strength and commitment to our most authentic life path as we enter into the final months of the year 2009.

Dear Ones, we are Many of One here to bring you messages from beyond the physical realms as we observe your progress on the spiritual evolutionary path that all are involved with on Planet Earth.

We feel the need to give you a strong message here, for you are at an important turning point and it is essential to be vigilant and to make conscious choices. Many of you have learned of the importance of the radiant energy you send out into your lives and into the aura of the Earth. Love is the highest vibrational frequency. The Creator Source energy is a river of unconditional love. This river runs through each and every one of us, whether we are in the physical or not. How is this river flowing within you? Is it choked with emotional and mental density or is if flowing free and clear? You have been clearing and healing your energies for many years now and you are most beloved, honored and respected for the work you have been doing, for as you clear your energy, you clear it for all of humankind.

We wish to tell you now that there is no room for petty grievances and for sending negative energies towards others. Be mindful of your thoughts, your hurts and your angers. Examine what is within you that is in pain and in need of your attention. Practice compassion for yourself and for others with whom you may be having difficulties. When you send out resentful, toxic energies towards others, they are hit with the dense vibration. It is a waste of energy to have to dodge the bullets of other’s pain. You can all do better than this and you are being called to step up to your destiny of creating peace on earth within your own lives (micro to macro). There is no room for blaming others and for creating an aura of anger and criticism out into the world. All energies are magnetic and this speaks to reaping what you sow. If you are sending out density, it gathers with other dense energies and creates a dark cloud that flies around the earth and gathers more density unto it. If you send out compassion and prayers that the pain within you is healed, that the pain within all is healed, then that compassion gathers with other compassionate prayers and this compassion will flow to wherever it is needed in the world. Your prayers are powerful and so are your curses. Now is the time to be vigilant, to be conscious of what energy you are sending into the world.

Compassion is a healing balm. Own up to the pain within you and open your spiritual toolbox to create the healing and release you need. What you are feeling is within you, it is not out in the world, it is not someone else’s fault. You are on your unique path to the heart and center of your being. Ask for guidance, ask for healing. We offer to you that the simplest tool you have is to fill yourself with compassion, love and acceptance.

We tell you time and again that self love is where you can begin to assist in bringing yourselves and the Earth into a higher vibration. You are in the process of creating heaven on Earth.

There will come a time somewhere in the future where the quarantine that has been around the Earth plane will be lifted and you will indeed meet your cousins, your brothers and sisters who share life in this Universe with you. As you learn to take responsibility for your feelings and experiences and begin to live in harmony with respect for all life on Earth, you are preparing to meet your intergalactic cousins without fear. For they will not come to heal you or to lift you from the muck and the mire of emotional and mental irresponsibility. They will meet you as equals—as creators of the very Universe. When that time comes, you will look into each other’s eyes and see yourselves there.

Every breath is sacred. Every thought, every movement, every deed, every moment is sacred. All life is sacred. Practice this, LIVE this in every moment of your days, cultivating a deep conscious awareness of the fact that the Creator of All That Is dwells within each and every one of you. It is the unconditional love in the River of life that we like to call the Love Force Energy.

As you clear your river and open to your connection with all life, you begin to bring your very Soul more and more into your conscious awareness. You begin to be Gods and Goddesses walking the Earth. As you embody your Soul, you will begin to find you have powers beyond your imagining. You will begin to access powers that you now rely on technology for. You have the ability to grow into super-conscious beings with the ability to manifest all you need to live and thrive on Earth. You manifest out of your vibrational frequency, so if your river is choked with resentment, fear and insecurity, those are the essences that you will create. You have all the help you need in releasing and healing yourselves at the deepest level.

So we say this to you, take responsibility for all that you create. Life doesn’t happen to you. You create all that you experience. Humans are very good at telling stories and it is a wonder to behold. However, sometimes you tell yourself stories about situations and other people that are designed to keep you in a place of stagnation, or a place of pain. As your conscious awareness grows, you will become cognizant of when you are creating a fantasy that serves your pain instead of your joy.

You are receiving wake up calls through your life experiences. This is a time to listen to your hearts. Allow your heart to be your guide. Awaken and take your place as keepers of the flames of love and as you do so, the stars will open for you.

We and your Intergalactic brothers and sisters are sending steady beams of love and compassion to you. It is with much love and respect that we give you this message.

Those of us who live on the edge – by that I mean the edge of this civilization’s so-called reality – are peering into the vastness of . . .  creation . . .  we have certainly not chosen an easy path. I find that I can tap into an inner knowing that I am supported by Spirit. Hmm… when I write that word, I feel it is not enough – it is not only Spirit (God, Creator, the All That Is) – it feels as if there is actually a Council of Elders—star-beings—that are also supporting us in our living at the edge of this new frontier. We are shining our lights forward and moving into new ways of being . . .  so, I ask for their help in supporting us all in this physical experience and I am learning that I am responsible for my place here – I just need to believe, to trust myself and to use my tools… So I ask for help… “show me the way…”

Harmonic Convergence *Free* Meditation Gathering August 16, 2009

Dear ones…

Waves of love are floating through the ethers today… I feel like I’m being lifted and expanded… as I open to receive… we are being gifted with the high vibrational energy of joy which has the potential of deep healing and creative inspiration.

Today and tomorrow is the 22nd anniversary of the Harmonic Convergence, which was first celebrated on August 16 and 17, 1987. At that time the Sun and Moon were in an alignment with Mars, Venus, Mercury, Jupiter, Saturn and Uranus, forming a grand trine, which indicates harmony and creative expression. The convergence has been said to be a turning point, the beginning of the great shift on this planet from war-like to peaceful.

At this time, people from all around the world gather to amplify the vibration of love. The concept of the Harmonic Convergence is that if many people are focusing on Universal Peace, Love, Joy, Harmony and Balance, we can literally raise the vibration of our energies, which fill the Earth’s aura, thereby raising the vibration of the entire planet, creating a powerful force of Divine Love, which will help to accelerate the Ascension of Earth and all life forms. In his book, Awakening to Zero Point: The Collective Initiation, Physicist Gregg Braden writes about the raising of the Earth’s vibration, which is consistently being tracked and measured. It has been noted that, during global meditations such as the Harmonic Convergence, there is a measurable rise in the Earth’s frequency.

Astrologically this year, there is a T-square, which indicates a challenge – we are moving into new territory – creating our new selves and our new lives. We are all at different phases of deep change and expansion. Many are undergoing grief due to deep life changes. The energy of love has the potential to act as a balm to heal and soothe the raw emotions that people may be feeling.

The Poetry of My Soul

My prayer is to express the poetry of my soul.
To live a deeper life.
More than taking care of business, the surface of things
but to dive deep into the mystery
to awaken visions within.
To travel on the beam of light
that shines through the center of my being.
We each have something drawing us forward
dancing on points of light as our feet come down.
If it made a sound, it would be like bells
or ice flowing on top of a river.
My soul calls out for more, more, more.
I know there is more than this.

My prayer is to live my life like a prayer.
Every breath sacred.
Tapping into the infinite depth within.
Deeper than the stars.
Deep as the Universe.
The deeper I travel within,the further out I go.

Moving through exploding fractals
of light
colored by emotion
in motion.

My life is a prayer.
My actions consciously honor the mystery;
that which is beyond words
As I chop wood, carry water.

This to all…
May our breath be blessed with love.

This is how I’ve been feeling lately. What’s going on? A potent download of cosmic energy on July 21-22, as well as three eclipses have been affecting us all. Opening ourselves to new energy brings up big change at the cellular, at the atomic, at the sub-atomic levels. Many of us have been feeling very strange. For the last week, I have been having moments of fever and achiness and sometimes digestive problems on and off. I’ll wake up with a fever and then an hour or so later I’ll feel absolutely fine, with my usual energy. One day will go by and I’ll be fine, then the fever will show up again for an hour or so, or I’ll have to lie down and rest because of feeling achy. Of course my mind goes to thoughts of Lyme’s disease, West Nile virus or swine flu, but I keep hearing “ascension symptom” from the wise voice within. Some of the symptoms I’ve been hearing about from others are fever, nausea, aching backs, aching arms and joints, feeling disoriented and lightheaded, feelings of inertia, panic, deep grief and sleeplessness.

Many people are feeling like they no longer know what to do with their lives – they know that things are changing and they don’t know exactly what to do but that they want to do something different. Others, after feeling this way for the past year, have found their paths and are moving forward with conviction and commitment. This includes people who a few months ago felt completely lost and unsure of what they wanted to do. Everyone is at their own place in Divine timing of the evolutionary process.

We are being triggered by energy surges and sometimes this feels like we’re being pulled out of our bodies.

Many of One
Indeed you are in for a ride, dear ones. As you ride the waves of change, trust your instincts. Trust your guidance, trust your “gut.” Trust in your ability to discern what is your highest path and purpose. And when you don’t know, do nothing. Many are diving deep into their beings to experience the heart of their soul. We see relationships changing as people can no longer hide from the truth in themselves. This can create much confusion and upset, but know that the path within is paved with love.

Dear ones you are being called to a deeper experience of yourself as you integrate the energies and open to receive your soul. You will find you cannot do what doesn’t resonate with your heart. This is causing much upset and change among many people. We wish for you to know with the deepest love that everything is going to be OK. Listen to your hearts. Spend time in nature. Retreat to gain clarity. Allow the emotions to flow through you, hide nothing from yourselves. For it is with the deepest expression of your truth that you will find freedom and clarity. Much is changing and shifting. Bring in the energies of love. Be your deepest authenticity – you are being called to greater levels of awareness. Many are feeling the need for a deeper connection with Source.

You are Source
The very Universe exists within you and without you. You are truly one with everything. To maintain your connection in the 3^rd dimension you experience feelings of separation and defined boundaries. Somewhere deep within is a seed of knowing that you are greater than your perceptions and that you are vast. If you sit within this possibility and allow yourselves to expand, you will touch the stars. The true and total knowledge and experience of this would be too much for you to handle so it is given to you in small doses… glimpses of the vastness of your being. We feel you wishing to remember, wishing for a deeper experience and these experiences can be found through creative processes, through interactions with one another and through the stillness within.

Those of you who are feeling the call to greater awareness have been the forerunners and the ones holding the energy for others. There are many who are still sleepwalking. There has been a change of plans. As the energies continue to upgrade, many of you are being given a break, as it were… moments of stillness. Allow yourself to experience these times of just letting go and being – on vacation, so to speak. And yet, deep within, you are gaining more and more clarity and consciousness during your day to day activities.

We know you are wishing to remain conscious at all times and more and more you are developing a deeper awareness of your purpose and place in the world. Not only in the world of the Earth, but extending outward into the galaxy. And you know as you expand outward further, there are galaxies, upon galaxies, upon galaxies. We invite you to play with connecting with the vastness of the universe. As you send your attention outward, you may feel a pulsation as it comes back in. A pulsation like a heartbeat. . . the pulse of life which extends far beyond the Earth. Out into the cosmos… you have many brothers and sisters longing to connect with you. Yes indeed. As you continue to expand and evolve, you are reaching out into the vastness of the All That Is. You are beginning to feel that vastness within you – that feeling of being pulled out of your body, or being stretched. You are limitless spirit poured into the physical body. Love is the energy of expansion, which is why it brings up that which is not love for release.

Now we speak of this month of August and we are scanning the energy of the entire earth. . . There is a deep stillness and there is much churning of thought as well. The quiet before the storm. Retreat from the sounds of the media… there will be much provocation of fear regarding disease. The possibilities of pandemics. We tell you all is of your own creation. And yet within the experience of the earth plane there is much release happening and much of what feels like tragedy. When you hear of tragic events in the world – with people you know, or out in the bigger picture of the larger world – you can be of great service by sending the energy of love outward to those in need, to those undergoing great tragedy and difficult changes.

Many people are experiencing extreme anxiety, panic, sleeplessness. For those, we wish for you to know that you are held within a sacred circle of love and you can call out in prayer for assistance to help carry you through those moments. Now, what happens in times like this is you must still undergo the process of feeling and it can be somewhat agonizing. This is part of the experience of the expansion. Much of your deepest fears may be washing through you or simply fear itself with no knowledge or understanding of where that fear is coming from. Indeed, in some ways it doesn’t matter, but that you are going through it just the same. As you expand there is much that is coming apart, falling away – inside and out. What is called for at times like this is allowance. Allow your feelings, allow yourself to be within the discomfort and reach out to others. If you can, be with friends, with harmonious groups, with people who pray or vision together, or gather at sacred fires. Participate in some group energy – it would be very comforting.

We want you to know there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Be with the earth energy, with nature in any form you can find. This will be very comforting to you. Other than that, the pain, the anguish, the fear that you go through is something that needs to be felt – it is washing through you. Bring your attention back into your heart. Do your best not to allow your mind to carry you away on thoughts that bring up despair. Bring yourself back to your heart through the breath. This will help you to sustain equilibrium. Be mindful of decisions you make to be certain you are coming from your deepest authenticity.

There is a feeling of events being put on hold. We are talking of grander earth events as if giving some people time to catch up and we are sensing a collective eye roll from those who have been working so hard and who are raring to go – to take their place as the great changes surge and move you all forward on your evolutionary path. Many are impatient for no further delays. Have no fear, your services will be required more and more in times to come.

There is golden light available to all of you. Sparkling golden light radiance shining down and shimmering all around you. Know that it is there for you and create moments of happiness and joy with one another. Celebrate your divinity as you feel the vastness of your being. We send you softness and nurturing love as you rise to meet the challenges that call you into being your authentic expression with integrity, clarity and steadfastness. Dwell within the center of your being and be conscious of the cosmic connection you have with the All That Is.

Solstice message from Many of One and Leilah June 21, 2009

We are expanding and accelerating. As the expansion is raises us up – our energetic vibration is accelerating; our frequency is vibrating more quickly. Through this evolutionary process our wounds are also undergoing expansion, so it may seem like we’re revisiting some wounds we thought were healed; things we have already worked on – old feelings coming up – and this is just passing through, it is part of our expansion – revisiting what we’ve healed to check in to see if there is something that is still left which needs our attention. One of the best ways to heal ourselves is through self love. Loving the self is like a nectar or a healing balm – as we love ourselves we are loving God, the Creator, All That Is, for we are the physical embodiment of Creator Source. Doesn’t it feel good to know that inside? Breathing and being gentle with ourselves, nurturing ourselves in small ways is important at this time. The energies may feel overwhelming, resulting in fatigue or lethargy. It helps to surrender to these feelings when they come up and give ourselves a time out – to read a book, watch a movie, go for a walk, or simply to rest.

Many of One wish to speak to us about telepathy

You each have a unique energetic vibration that is your “you-ness” – the way you have always felt – your energetic fingerprint – the way you feel yourself deep inside. One of the ways of communicating telepathically is through feeling. You are all connected to a great web of energy. You can send your feeling-tone to vibrate out onto that web. You can tune into the feeling-tone of one whom you wish to connect with. Send your energetic signature out to theirs by vibrating both feeling-tones together. This is the beginning – a rudimentary stage on how to touch in with each other – the first step in learning how to use your telepathic abilities.  It’s also tied in to your psychic abilities – everyone has psychic abilities – this can be developed – you can learn how to use these abilities. Trusting your intuition is also part of this aspect of reaching out and connecting with each other telepathically.

Just as a spider feels the vibration on her web, this is how communication is transmitted. You are doing this already—this message is to show you that you can communicate consciously. Haven’t you found yourself suddenly thinking of someone and their feeling is so strong within you that you feel yourself greeting them and giving them an etheric hug? This is real; this is telepathic communication. Maybe you are not telling a story telepathically, but you are touching in with one another with your feelings. This communication will expand into communicating ideas or messages, however in the beginning it is a matter of touching in on each other’s energy. This also revolves around feelings o f love and trust. Trust that when someone pops into your mind they are indeed thinking of you. You can meet them energetically and send love back to them and amplify that connection. As more and more people do this, when the connection is met, you will all open to trust and knowing that this is really happening.  It takes practice, and this is what you are expanding into.

As you begin to develop this you may find that the person you want to reach might not be available. You may need to make appointments with each other to connect telepathically in the beginning. There is also the aspect of privacy – no one will be able to “bust in on you” if you do not wish to be available. You are all living within free will choice.

We wish to talk to you about the seeds you have planted in the last six months between the Winter Solstice and this summer Solstice. Celebrate what you have created with self respect and self love. Know that you are creating more and more consciously. Whatever you focus your attention on becomes what you create. Make a list of what you wish to create from this time going forward. You are learning more and more to manifest your desires into your lives. You are here at this time of the world for a reason. You amplify your gifts into the world simply with your being-ness, your unique vibration.

More and more you will find yourselves connecting with people who carry a similar resonance as you spiral up on the energies of creativity, growth and expansion. You are magnetizing yourselves to each other. You are now entering a time where Power to the People is at hand. You are seeing this power – from the grass roots – playing out on the global plane. Power to the people is getting stronger and your telepathic abilities will feed into this as well. You tap into the Beam – a beam of energy, light, information – a collective beam of acceleration which is also part of the unfolding. There will be more information coming through regarding the Beam.

Gather together in small groups with a purpose, to amplify energy or to create something out in the world, or to simply gather together to share a meal, sit around a fire, share your experiences with one another. Open your hearts to each other – creating community is vital at this time.

What is happening in the world is that the chains that have kept humanity down – the chains of fear and control – are falling away in the light of Love. You will become more empowered on an individual level and a collective level. The powers that have been in control are losing their grip. The energy and power is rising from below up through the bottom of your feet, into your bodies, your energy field, radiating out into each individual’s life. This is a time where you begin to realize how important each person’s individual offering is to the Whole. Celebrate this, it is very good news for you! The fear that has held so many down for so long is fading away as more and more people refuse to be caught up in that energy any longer. You can loosen the grip of fear by using your breath to bring your focus from your mind into your heart. The mind is no longer in the driver’s seat! It is the heart that drives your etheric vehicles. Breathe into your heart and into the moment of now. Know that you are not alone. As you find the way to dissipate fear, know that others are doing it as well and you are picking up on each other’s energy telepathically, for you are all One. You are picking up on the healing energy – you gift yourself with it and you share it with others simply by allowing yourself to undergo this transformation.

This Solstice is a time to celebrate your healing abilities and it is a time where there is an opening to communicate with spirit. An opening to channel. As you learn to trust the information that comes to you, you will expand your channel of communication with Spirit and with wise, high vibrational non-physical beings. Self love and respect is what opens this channel. You all have the ability to open to receive information and creative inspiration. Where do you think the music comes from? The words, the stories, the poetry, the pictures, the movement, the ideas that feed expansion in science, architecture, mathematics? Creative expression is a form of channeling. Feel the smile within as you read these words. Feel the feeling of freedom that comes from this knowing. You are opening into your freedom, your empowerment as sovereign human beings on Earth and as members of the Galactic family and the family of the Universe and beyond. Again we say Power to the People. You are in a new beginning – discovering a new way of walking on the Earth. Feel your hearts opening at this good news.

Soul Transitions May 2009 Vibe Report May 4, 2009

Greetings!

May is bringing us into further expansion. Waves of energy are emanating from the center of the Universe and as we open to receive this energy, our lives and the totality of our beings expand. With this expansion comes, as always, release of that which is not in harmony with the resonance of our Soul.

As we expand into our new lives—no matter how subtle that may be—we can use our energetic resource to stretch into and fill the new space we’ve created with the vibration of what brings us happiness. Our energetic resource is unique and individual to each of us, just like our energetic signature, which is a resonance of energy that comes from our soul. Our energetic resource is our vitality, which is activated by focusing on what we love.

We are being called to know ourselves at the Soul level; to bring our Higher Self into our being and to fully embrace who we are with the glorious, loving presence of the All That Is. As we love ourselves and accept ourselves fully and completely, and as we tune into our unique resonance, we open to receive the energy of love, for the waves of energy emanating from the Center is love.

Self love is the place to begin from. Feeling into our unique soul signature helps us to reconnect to a love we were born into this life with. Intend to love yourself and as the energy that is not in resonance with the truth of your heart dissipates, you will become more and more clear. This clarity enables us to recognize feelings that are not our own. We are releasing energies from our past and this includes feelings from other people that we took on as our own, because at the time we were too young to know the difference. We’ve lived with these feelings all our lives but now they make us uncomfortable, like a discordant note disrupting the music of our souls. It’s important to pay attention to these feelings. The tricky part is that they are so familiar; we may still think they are part of our truth. We have been like sponges, absorbing all the energies around us since early childhood. The vestiges of these energies are loose and flapping like rags in the wind of change. Let them go. Let them fly away as you stand in the truth of yourself.

The clarity we are gaining also helps us to recognize energies that are from the collective consciousness in the world. Sometimes we may feel a shift of energy—perhaps feelings of worry, depression, fear, or simply a heaviness in spirit—filter into our beings for no apparent reason. I have come to realize that often these vibrations are in the outer world. It’s like walking through a mist of energy. The feeling of disruption may not be coming from us, they could be the feelings that others are emanating into the earth’s aura. It helps to question whether the vibration is coming from you or not. We often mistake the energies around us for our own – as we did when we were children.

The surges of energy can bring up our deepest fears and anxiety. These feelings go out into the energy of the Earth. They are magnetized to each other and actually create clouds of vibration. Question what is yours and what is not. And remember, just as the feelings of fear travel throughout the Earth’s aura and magnetize and grow larger, so does the vibration of love. We have the emanations from the Creator to help us amplify the love vibration.

Many people are experiencing abrupt shocking change to the extent that their lives will never be the same. This is like an “upside the head” wake-up call from Spirit. We can assist by holding the vibration of love and softness with a prayer that these people open to the Divinity within themselves and find comfort there.

Many are also experiencing a feeling of suspension – they know a change needs to happen but they don’t know where they want to go or what they want to do. There is a feeling of life being on hold until all the pieces fit together. Allow yourself to be in this place of stillness and connect with what brings you a feeling of freedom and happiness – go into the feeling, without words, connecting to your energetic resource. Send the feeling through your body, out into your aura, and expand it out into the world, then let it go and trust that events and connections which resonate with your energetic resource will come back to you.

As we cross the threshold into more clarity and expansion we may encounter Demons who challenge us with our deepest fears. These are the threshold guardians, giving us the opportunity to deepen our commitment to living our heart’s truth, by seeming to block our passage into our expansion. Remember you are a spiritual warrior — get out your sword and cut those Demons down! It is time to be firm with the voice that puts us down, criticizes and brings us into fear. Tell it in no uncertain terms to be gone. We aren’t listening to that anymore; we no longer believe that about ourselves. We are empowered in the fullness of our being, filled with love and joy—and the light around us and the love we feel is the energy of creation that we came into this life with. It feels light and free and happy.

A friend was telling me that things are going so well in her life and she’s moving into expansion with grace, but she finds her mind looking for something to worry about. It’s like we are so accustomed to worry and fear that when we move out of those energies a part of us is looking for something familiar, even if that something doesn’t feel good. This is why it’s important to be firm when those voices – or energies – of the past try to reassert themselves. As we learn to focus our attention on what feels good, those voices will get further and further away. The mind wants to hold onto the old ways but it’s like we’re in a river and it’s best if we can release into the flow and enjoy the ride. We are navigating ourselves into the Center of Creation.

Another aspect of this expansion is heightened telepathic abilities. This is what we are growing into. This is part of the fullness of our being. When the thought of someone pops into your head, send them a greeting and a warm feeling – as if you are meeting in the physical. It is essential to learn to trust our intuition – to trust the impulses we receive and to follow the energy that feels good, creative and energizing.

We are babes being born into the truth of our being. The past few years have been like the compression of the contractions of labor. At times, I have felt like I was being squeezed – and all the “juice” running out was rather toxic stuff that I was ready to let go of. It was the stuff of untruth that was clogging me up, making me heavy, sapping my energy, making me feel sad, pointless, discouraged. Many people are feeling this compression as the high energies blow around and through us. This can be a painful process, so it helps to ask for assistance from your guides and from professional counsel. Energy work and body work helps to move the energy out. Also, spending time with those we love, laughing and sharing meals with friends helps us to move through this process, so don’t forget to have some fun.

There is no easy way to deal with the energetic shifts and changes, however feeling into our heart and soul helps us to stabilize in the moment – this means connecting to our deepest truth through knowing ourselves and trusting our feelings. As we all know, NOW is all there is and the times we’re in are challenging us to remain present, alert and focused.

Greetings!

Self love is the most tender, sweet feeling we can have for ourselves. We are being called at this time to recognize how wonderful we are, what incredible creators we are and how loved we are. In the meditation/channeling telecall I did last week, Many of One guided us to go to a beautiful place on Earth where we felt at peace. In that place, a throne appeared – a radiant golden throne. This was our personal throne. As we each sat on our throne, beings of light and Earth Elementals danced all around us. They were celebrating us and sending us gratitude for coming to Earth and opening our hearts to love. A golden crown was placed upon our heads. We were being shown that we are respected and cherished here on Earth. We were being taught that we need to recognize Creator Source within ourselves by loving ourselves. We were being imbued with worthiness and shown that the love we feel within and amplify outward fills the aura of the Earth and spreads in waves of light all throughout the Earth plane, touching each and every person who lives on Earth. We are important and our resonance is essential to what happens here on Earth. And what happens here, affects the Galaxy and the Universe. We are being called to love ourselves unconditionally.

Many of one is a vastness of being… many of one is a wise source of energy and information. You are our counterparts on earth and we resonate information to you. We wish to speak more broadly about the great changes upon the Earth. We see you bumping along, many going through personal shifts and changes – moving your living quarters, moving out of relationships that have long been held in a resonance of disharmony. No longer can the truth be obscured. Desires that are born out of fear hold no substance and cannot be sustained.

As you traverse the landscape of the unknown you are being called to be spontaneous, to dance within the ever changing energies, for as you rise into the fourth dimension all that is disharmonious to your soul, your inner being, will fall away. This is happening whether you plan on it or not. This is the shakeup of the higher consciousness that you are growing into. Whether you have made self awareness a focus or not, you are rising out of duality into a system of symbiosis… an organic system of harmonic co-creation. If you can begin to look at your life as such, you will find a new way of relating to the people who share your world. Even the ones with whom you perceive difficulty – as you each learn to gently set clear boundaries when needed, you will find yourselves thinking differently about the contrast that you experience with each other. Some may use the word “conflict” but we find the word “contrast” to be non-judging, enabling you to look at the circumstances in your lives with responsibility. This focus allows you to take ownership of your part in the play of contrast. For if someone is mirroring contrast to you, you are mirroring contrast to them as well.

For long upon this earth plane there has been strife and many humans have neglected their relationships to their souls. Humans have thought of what they ”should” do and how they “should” behave and how “things should be” and many have not known how to listen to the song of their souls. We tell you the good news is that you are free… you are free to love yourselves and through the act of loving yourselves and living with a healthy selfishness, you will learn to listen to your inner prompting and live spontaneously. Your inner guidance is like a homing beacon within each and every one of you. If you allow yourselves to live this way, you will love and accept yourselves and you will no longer find it necessary to judge anyone else or to want others to do what you want them to do. Nor will you feel you have to do something you don’t want to do in order to please another. You will find that you are moving within a tapestry that you are co-creating. You will all begin more and more to live in harmony with each other. When you follow your inner guidance and live spontaneously, you will find yourselves experiencing the joy of synchronicity and you will know that you are always in the right place at the right time.

You are the creators of your experience. No one else has power over you. You are so powerful that eons ago, other beings who wanted to gain control tricked you into feeling you had no power at all through fear and guilt, which blocked from your inner knowing. These are the elements that are falling away at this time. It is necessary in order for you to rise into your sovereign empowerment.

April is a month of contrasts. The happiness of moving into positive changes is accompanied by grief as you release the past. On and on you go. Feel every nuance of emotion that tumbles you around in the white water of the ocean of experience. Come up for air, rest on the beach and notice that you are on higher ground. Celebrate your lives – every decision you have ever made, every event that you have lived through. Release judgment and open up to the extraordinariness of the physical life experience. Many are held back by regrets, tugging and pulling them into the mud. We say honor every experience you have created for yourselves and consider all you have done to be compost from which a lovely lotus of wisdom will blossom.

Sunday meditation change February 20, 2009

Greetings!

Thank you so much for your good wishes and gifts of light and love this past week. I am feeling much better

Succumbing to colds and flu February 15, 2009

This is to let you all know that I will not be doing the Sunday meditation this evening (Feb. 15). I will resume the meditation next Sunday, February 22 at 8:30pm EST.

The fact is that for the past week I’ve had a cold that turned into flu. I’m starting to feel better but am still dealing with congestion, coughing and a sore throat. This has prompted me to explore the issue of getting sick. Granted, this bug has been “going around,” however, there are different schools of thought regarding getting sick.

One says I’ve bought into the belief system of “sickness,” in that I caught this thing that many people around me have had simply because I believe that this is how things work. This concept says that this is not how things work and we don’t need to get sick at all. A frustrating idea when one is knocked down with aches, a fever and an inability to breathe deeply because it sets up a coughing fit! (That in itself is interesting in that I couldn’t take deep breaths, and, as most of you know from reading the Vibe Reports, breathing is a key to self awareness and inner peace.) Regarding this concept, I found myself arguing for limitation – within the box of sickness. This concept made me feel inadequate and that I “shouldn’t” be sick. And yet, I do feel there is some truth to this – “believing is seeing.”

Another idea is that our bodies need to purge toxins and strengthen the immune system through the process of sickness and recovery. I’ve been doing a lot of meditations involving clearing out energies that don’t resonate with my truth. Could getting sick be a physical manifestation of this clearing? It certainly takes on a symbolic meaning when blowing my nose! Also, like many of us, I have been going through moments of extreme anxiety and fear as I experience financial stress and contemplate moving to a new home soon. So much of the work I’ve been doing has involved breathing myself back into the NOW, which is the only reality there is, and where we can find peace. I think many of us are also feeling the fear that is running rampant in the Earth’s energy field these days.

Yet another thought is that we often overwork ourselves to the point where our bodies force us into staying home and resting. I must say there has been a feeling of relief in just staying home, watching videos, reading and napping. This is a luxury I rarely give to myself, as I usually feel like I need to be doing something “productive.” I’m learning that in stillness, we offer ourselves an opportunity to become empty to recalibrate and rejuvenate ourselves on every level. Giving ourselves this down time, allows for more energy and future productivity in the realms that bring us increased energy and joy.

I have asked my non-physical companions Many of One to comment on the aspect of catching the common cold:

Releasing toxins is the process of having a cold. (We will reserve our comments to the illness described.) Toxins build up through overwork, denial of feelings, negative self-talk, stress, anxiety and fear.

You are going through the transitional phase of the great shift of consciousness. Many teachings are coming in that are part of the higher vibrational frequency, which is what this shift is all about – raising your energetic vibration. In this process, much purging is happening. During winter months, the consciousness accepts the various colds and flu that seem to “go around.” The body feels more vulnerable to cold. However, recently, even in the summer months colds and flu have been circulating. The consciousness itself is passing these germs around – they are a creation of group consciousness. This is not to make you feel bad or unevolved. You are transmuting energies on a global level. You are pushing yourselves to grow on a spiritual level. This is all highly respected from our non-physical viewpoint. Indeed, as you consciously clear what is not your truth, you may experience the clearing on a physical level through the cold/flu experience.  The process of this illness provides an opportunity for nurturing yourselves. It forces you to stop and rest. You all work so very hard.

There are those who place a crown of achievement on their heads. The “I never get sick” crown. There are others who say, “I never get sick, but I have this cold…” We say it is OK to go through the sick into wellness process. Isn’t it amazing what your physical bodies can do – how your physical bodies can heal?

As you move through the transition continue to release what is not your truth and remember to fill yourself with Creator Source energy – life-force, love-force energy. Fill in the spaces that were emptied with this energy. Some may get sick, some may not. Understand that getting sick is not something that has to happen, but if it does, it is an opportunity to physically participate in the clearing. Love yourself through the process. We also suggest that you observe your experience. Listen to how your mind states over and over, “I don’t feel well… this hurts, I can’t breathe…” observe and bring yourself back to center. This is an opportunity to practice non resistance… to surrender to what is.

We repeat that, for some, undergoing illness is related to clearing energy from the collective consciousness. Where have you spent your time, prior to catching the bug? Were you in an energetically toxic environment with many other people? You may have taken some of that toxicity and transmuted it through your physical body.

Everyone on Earth is undergoing the transformation process. There are many who haven’t begun to awaken and they are experiencing the process in a more sluggish, unconscious way. There is no judgment in our words. We say this to highlight – for those of you who are conscious of your experience and who may be hard on yourselves for becoming sick because of your level of awareness – the fact that you are actually helping to clear massive amounts of energy.

Also, for those who rarely get sick, you are holding a space of wellness for others, as well as yourself. Beat the drum of wellness (to quote our friend Abraham) with kindness, compassion and stillness.

Many of you are gearing up for taking your place as fully empowered beings on your soul-paths. In order to do this, there are deep energies that are being cleared.

In the oneness of consciousness, you share the experience of germs. This is also experienced as sharing the germ of an idea, which grows to include many people, gains momentum and initiates changes in consciousness which then picture out into your world as creative surges of expansion. This too is happening in your time of the world.

Be in joy – find your happiness even within discomfort and above all, love yourselves.

I asked Many of One to go further into the concept that “The consciousness itself is passing these germs around – they are a creation of group consciousness.” I brought up the example that, when the United States was growing, how, in an effort to wipe out the Native Americans, blankets that had been exposed to smallpox were given to the Indians and they succumbed to this disease that they did not even know existed. So how could that be, if it wasn’t in their conscious awareness?

“We will move into that timeline…The People were vulnerable, they saw their world was collapsing. They were heartbroken, confused, angry and afraid. Many felt, on a subconscious level that it was a good day to die. They chose to leave this planet in this way as the tidal wave of change was breaking over their civilization. They were ready to go Home.”

Soul Transitions Vibe Report February 2009 February 8, 2009

Greetings!

This has been the coldest winter I can remember, here in the Northeast United States. Interestingly enough, I find myself drawn to working with the energy of the Sun. I took a sunbath the other day, laying on a blanket on the floor as the sun shone through a window. It felt so nurturing and I was aware of receiving some very powerful waves of energy. I have also been visualizing myself traveling right into the sun and asking for the stuff I’m ready to release to be burned away. I feel the fire elementals within the sun delighted that I’m there with them! Another visualization that came to me recently is to bring a beam of sunlight into the pineal gland in the center of my head. Many of One will speak about this as you read on. As I do this work, I know I must be prepared for the surfacing of old feelings as they come up to be released.

There may be feelings of overwhelm at times and we are all being counseled not to overdo it and place unreasonable demands on ourselves. This is a time of allowing as we learn to let go and be, instead of hold on and do. Many people are creating deeper connections with their soul and true purpose in their lives. There are all kinds of healing and energy modalities to assist in this process. As the planetary awakening grows, we’re seeing people turning from a rational, mind-oriented focus to a more circular, intuitive focus. Many people who haven’t ordinarily brought their attention to their relationship with their inner selves are turning to meditation to find peace and relaxation and a connection to their intuitive nature. This is the expansion of consciousness and a reflection of the high vibrational energies that are beaming through our universe. For example, my 84 year old mother has started going to a Qi Gong/meditation class, which she really enjoys! The Light is achieving critical mass.

The changes we are seeing in the “outer” world are disruptive and cause fear, for much of the old, as has been said before, is collapsing. This is a good thing and if you let it go, you will be in the flow. If you resist, you will cause difficulty and pain for yourselves. These changes are necessary in order for the new to be created. For, just as the old is dissolving, new growth is sprouting. Be on the lookout for new ideas, inventions and creations in all realms.

Many of One:

Transitions – much is falling away yet you are still here. It is time for Humanity to know themselves on a soul level. We have spoken of this before. You have released much and are opening up your energy field to receive your higher self fully into the core of your being. This is a window into the vastness of yourself. Many people are beginning to search more deeply into who and what they are and why they are here at this time. You will be finding that you cannot live what is no longer your truth. It is more and more difficult to do those things that you do not resonate with, whereas in the past you were able to live a little more superficially and tolerate situations that didn’t resonate with the rhythm of your heart.

All are being called to go more deeply into themselves and we wish to bring your attention to a place in the center of your head. Become aware of your third eye – the 6^th chakra just above the center between your eyebrows. If you focus your attention there you will begin to feel a sensation – a pressure. Trace a line straight through your skull and then bring your attention to the side of your head behind your temples and trace another line through your skull. At the center, where the two lines cross is the pineal gland. The pineal gland resonates with the rhythm of the Universe and is activated by Light. Begin to see it now as a star within the center of your head. Focus on that star radiating light. This will begin to activate your inner sight.

Now turn your attention to the star of your solar system – your sun. The sun is receiving waves of energy which it radiates outward. Connect to a beam of light from your sun and bring it directly into your pineal gland. Making that connection will help you to open up to the vastness of your being. It will help to awaken you to the vastness of your soul and your connection to the Universe for, as you know, it is no accident that you are here on Earth at this time. Look to the sun with appreciation. Lie or sit in sunlight and soak in the energy of the light. This will help to open your intuitive knowing and your inner sight. Send appreciation to the sun for this perfect set-up between Earth and Sun, creating this place for Spirit to experience itself as Human Beings. The energy of the sun is sending powerful transformative beams to Earth. Another sun exercise is to vision yourself traveling into the sun and staying within its energy. Ask the sun’s energy to burn off all that you no longer need to carry on your journey.

The star inside your head and the awareness you bring to it and the light of the sun that you invite in will activate your connection to your purpose and will allow you to see the truth of your being and the oneness of all beings.

You are star travelers. If you wish to meet extraterrestrials, look in the mirror! There’s a vast knowingness inside of you that you are just beginning to tap into. You will witness more and more that you are creators of your journey. As you begin to trust the intuitive impulses you feel, you will find yourself navigating new pathways in every aspect of your life. The struggles that you see around you will take on a new meaning. As you detach from the drama you will begin to feel a sense of freedom. Challenges may arise when it is necessary for you to function in the third dimensional world but as you detach more and more you will not get caught in drama. A gentle, inner knowing will dawn and you will not be able to hide from the truth of yourself. You will know what it is that you need to do to become fully empowered. As you do so, you will begin to witness the manifestation of that which you are vibrating with more rapidly and more clearly.

Many of you are finding that you are able to shift from feeling tone to feeling tone as you turn your focus from that which brings you fear to that which brings you happiness. This is a practice. You will still have moments where heavier feelings come into your being. This is due to the high vibrating energy bringing up feelings and thoughts which don’t resonate with your truth. You will recognize these feelings as “old” and you will begin to say “no” to them. “I do not want to feel this anymore . . .” “I do not want to create this in my life anymore.” And as you make those statements and find a moment to sit within those feelings and to focus on your breathing and bringing yourself into the moment of now, you can tune into your heart and your mind will become still. At times it will feel like a struggle because the mind likes to tell stories – the mind tells the stories of your past because that is all it knows. As you sit within the moment of now and cultivate the inner smile you will be able to shift out of the heavier feeling tones into a lighter . . . is-ness. And the more you do this the more you will find creative inspirations rising within you. If you take those inspirations and put them into action you will create more energy and more happiness and vitality and it will grow exponentially. And so we wish to say that when you go back into the heavier moments, you are simply releasing that which is not yourself. You will know that you are focused in the lighter realm more and more and so do not fear that you are creating more negativity… you are simply letting the old density go and you will find that you will be able to quickly move out of density.

Many of you are here on missions – to shift those denser feelings and live within the lighter tones. As you do this, you bring more light and love onto the planet and you are amplifying and radiating that light into the atmosphere of the earth thereby assisting the planetary dimensional shift. We wish for you to know deeply that Spirit and Earth need you here to do this. To help create … to help bring the Earth and Humanity to the next level of evolution.

These are indeed the times you have been waiting for. And as you begin to see much falling away, creating chaos, creating more fear, we wish for you to celebrate these changes. We wish for you to become less attached to what might be happening in the future. We wish for you to find delight in the changes that are occurring and to know that whatever changes are happening in your lives it is for a greater unfoldment of the empowerment of humanity. You are on a path towards your sovereignty. And in that new world, you will collaborate together and co-create in a healthy, organic way, a world of peace and joy. For this is your birthright and this is what you came here to do.

We also wish for you to know that the prayers and comfort and love that you send out to people of the word who are suffering… it is very helpful, it is very… blessed. It is very beautiful indeed. Your thoughts go out into the world, each and every thought you think. They don’t just disappear… they are energy and they hold the seeds of creation within them. So if you have negative thoughts, you can send out beams of light to transform them when you are ready to do so.

These are times of miracles and wonder.

Focusing on the sun and the pineal gland and the star light shining there will also help you to open your minds, to open your energy fields to receive new visions and inspiration and it will bring in a new feeling of who you are. It will bring in a stronger feeling tone to your energetic signature. Within this process it is important to bring your focus into your heart, away from your mind. The incessant talking in your head will begin to decrease as you embody a deeper knowing. As you tune into the center of the core of your being and send your grounding chord down into the earth, you will be able to flush out that which you no longer wish to carry. The thoughts that you no longer wish to have can be released instantly.

You will begin to see, as well, many more people in your world questioning who they are – beginning to look inward. Many people are being forced into this focus because aspects of their lives that they identified with are falling away – they are losing their identity. Many of you who are reading this are the Wayshowers for those who are beginning to awaken. Many of you are teachers. It is time to step into your purpose in that way. Teaching takes many forms. Teaching is not necessarily a job or standing in front of groups of people, sharing what you’ve learned, it is also simply living and being your truth and speaking openly about your awakening experience.

We also wish to remind you that there is no judgment! Humans are the cruelest judges of themselves. It is essential to bring yourself into a space of loving yourself and not criticizing yourself. This is where it begins. Love yourselves enough to receive direction, information and guidance from your Higher Self and from your Spirit Guides, the non physical beings that have been assigned to you or hired by you to assist you in this journey. These are relationships that were set up before you came into the physical. You come from much more open spaces. Coming onto the Earth plane in the density… it is very different here than where you come from.

Remembrance of who you are happens when you leave this body. The remembrance of who you are and why you are here. That remembrance will begin to happen to you without you leaving your physical body. This is the Awakening that is happening. It is a very wondrous time to be on Earth. When you feel fear, you get sucked into a dense vortex and you think, “this is all there is” and then you feel the fear of being afraid and it grows and grows until something happens – a light goes on within you – a reminder that you are afraid of something that doesn’t exist and you have to bring yourself back to yourself, back to your NOW where you can change the focus of your attention instantly. Your ability to make this shift will happen more swiftly as you realize you are letting go of that which is no longer in your vibrational vortex. As you observe what is happening the connection to the drama dissolves.

For this month of February, there is much restructuring and rearranging going on. We see this on an energetic level as some things breaking down and disappearing and new things rising and growing up. Do not get too caught up as to what is happening in the world of government. There will be new ideas, and road blocks and ways of getting around. And that struggle will be happening for awhile. Do not get too caught up in the news that you hear or read. Do not take it into your emotional body. Remain as an observer… Detach yourself and continue to raise the vibrational frequency within you, for that is how you, every one of you, are changing the world from within. Again we say observe what is happening on the governmental level but do not feed into the dense thought forms and frustrations. Keep the inner smile within you and keep focusing in the light and radiating your truth.

Sending out a feeling tone of what you want this world to feel like and focusing on waves of joy and freedom will help to take you beyond the struggles of the past. For what you will be seeing is the new establishing itself as the old falls away. There will be resistance. Continue to hold that space of glory and grace and know that by doing so; it will take you beyond the struggles and drama of the present time. Trust. Trust your intuition, trust that up ahead is a peaceful world where creativity abounds as all people begin to realize that they are creating their future in every moment and they will begin to play with that and see results and this is how you move into your empowerment.

Solstice message from Many of One December 21, 2008

We have a message about dark and light. We have been speaking on how darkness and light enhance each other and are part of the same energy. We speak of this in the sense of having friction within which to do this earth walk. You came here to experience yourselves on a deeper level. There is density here which does not exist in the non-physical, which allows you to experience yourselves in a way that cannot be accessed in the non-physical. You came here to experience the movement of energy through this density. The challenges you have chosen to experience are on a personal level and on a global level. This speaks to the truth of Oneness that you are part of. You all come from Creator Source, so you have the same Creator life force energy within you. You choose your life experiences and within the group consciousness you choose the global experience as well. Many are beginning to awaken to the inner connections of the group consciousness. In the days and years to come you will realize more and more how group feeling creates your world. We say feeling, not thought, however feelings go hand in hand with thoughts.  

You came to this Earth dimension as a spark of Light of Creator Source. If you could but look at your current circumstances as a kind of game and bring a sense of playfulness to the situations you have created for yourselves, you would know, you would experience a flow of energy that would bring much joy to your hearts. So we say Lighten up and have fun! Send the feeling tone of what you want your life to resonate with outward before you – it is the headlights of your vehicle – your navigation beam!

This solstice marks a turning point. You have been clearing from your energy bodies all that is untrue to your deepest and most vast self. This Self is your embodiment of your higher self, or your soul. This Self is your vital life force – it is your energy signature, which we have spoken of many times. When all the veils of untruth about who you truly are have been cleared away, you stand in your full empowerment, feeling the truth of your being, your authentic self. When you live unencumbered by the confusion and swirling emotional chaos of past experiences – and we include here what are called past lives – you can move forward within your full empowered being and truly begin to create your lives anew. You start from where you are right here, right now. Do you feel the sense of freedom within this?

At this time of Solstice December 2008, you are on a threshold. As you move across this threshold, you will pass through a field of energy that will de-magnetize the past from your energy bodies. It is as if the emotional feeling tones that tie you to the past are being de-energized and combed out of your energy field as you pass through the vortex of this portalway. When you find yourself on the other side you will see a landscape like you have never seen before. This is a new you in a new world. We are speaking about an etheric landscape – the inner landscape. Your outer world may look the same but it will feel different in a way that cannot be explained with words.

You will begin to view the changes that you see in your lives and in the world as a restructuring that will bring you into alignment with your highest path and purpose. So if you have an abrupt change in your life, such as loss of a job or relationship, allow yourselves to keep moving through the process. To stay in one place of fear, sorrow and grief is like being caught in a whirlpool that keeps you spinning in the same place. Find your inner empowerment – call on your Higher Self to help you navigate the choppy waters. Look all around you and look into the distance, for whatever changes occur will be bringing you into alignment with your heart path.

You will pass over this threshold in the moment that is in harmony with your experience. Some have already passed through the portalway. It will not come to you as an abrupt, jarring experience. It is a gentle unfolding – a feeling of right-ness, which you have been preparing for. At this time, celebrate renewal; celebrate yourselves and all you have left behind. Acknowledge the past and what is has taught you, honor your experiences and release them into the fire of renewal. Celebrate your awakening into clarity and the embodiment of your Higher Self.
