Shake, Rattle and Roll!
October began with some turbulence which has been felt on the physical plane as earthquakes and resulting tsunamis. These shake ups are being received within our lives and you may have felt like you are on a rollercoaster that is going up, down and sideways. Paradoxically, along with all the shake-ups are feelings of stuckness or inertia; difficulty focusing on the task at hand and moving forward, even though we know what we need to do.
Surges of energy are hitting the earth plane, affecting all the people here. This energy holds the vibration of love, joy, bliss, ecstasy. Surge after surge will continue to pulsate through our lives. Then why (for some, anyway) do we not always feel joyful when this happens? It has been said many times that these energies bring up that which is not of the high vibration for clearing – if we are willing to work with opening to the higher vibration, we must release the denser energies within us. If our intention is to heal what is blocking the flow of love, we will go through the process of clearing and releasing by bringing our pain into our conscious awareness and loving it. It takes courage and self love to do this.
Because of the relentless power of the energy of love, we may find unexpected events shifting our life course in ways that reverberate throughout our psyches, affecting our lives and our world view, offering opportunities for us to show up and face our deepest fears. These are our personal earthquakes. What we do not face will keep showing up and getting louder and louder until we are forced into looking at it. And everything that we held as truth is coming up for review and reconsideration. Yes, the world is shaking!
Another reason we may not feel the beautiful energy is that we’re blocking the flow because our hearts are closed… “protected.” Imagine… you are in the castle of your own creation. Echoing, cold, lonely, but well protected. In time, you may realize that you don’t want to be there all alone. Perhaps you open a window and allow some light in and you like how that light feels and soon it is flowing under the doors and through cracks in the walls. You begin to fill with the warmth of this light, which feels… happy. Yes, so this is what happiness is. The mortar of fear begins to crumble and part of a wall collapses with laughter. Then the great door begins to creek open and radiant light shines in, ushering in a flock of birds… seagulls and crows with their raucous cries, ” Wake up, wake up! Come outside…!” You find you are allowing delight to enter into your heart… taking years off your life, returning you to the childlike innocence you came into this life with. And with that lightness, you leave the castle. On the bridge that crosses the moat you realize you can’t keep your feet on the ground, you float up and begin to fly with this new found freedom as the weight of fear and worry fall away…
Feeling our innocence
This reminds me of something in the Bible about becoming like little children so we can enter heaven. A Google™ search brings up Matthew 18:3 – here it is in the “Bible in Basic English” version: “And said, Truly, I say to you, If you do not have a change of heart and become like little children, you will not go into the kingdom of heaven.”
I don’t read the Bible and rarely quote from it (not that there’s anything wrong with that), but this popped into my head and I feel I know what it means and that in our current evolution we are undergoing this process – receiving and giving love fully as a little child would – innocently, without fear, because it is simply our birthright. This opens up “the kingdom of heaven.” What is that? A place of freedom, empowerment, peace? The “New Earth” people are talking about?
On a good day, when we are open, the surges feel like a delicious influx of energy. You may feel sleepiness overtaking you and when this occurs, take a moment to lie down or sit and close your eyes. Breathe the energy in through your crown chakra and feel it moving all the way down and out your feet. You are receiving a download of energy tuned to the frequency of love. Take this nectar, this elixir and allow it to fill your body, massaging your heart and filling you with golden-pink light. It is so delicious and when it is complete, we feel renewed and energized.
As the surges continue, many people will be awakening to a greater experience of reality and much that has been held as true will be falling away as the unexplainable comes to the surface within us like mysterious islands rising from deep within the ocean. Embrace the unknown, seek the comfort of one another for we each hold a key to the mystery that we are part of.
This awakening is bringing in new information and enhancing psychic, telepathic and intuitive abilities. We are becoming transparent as our vibration quickens. The frequency of love carries divine protection, so hearts can open, protected by love. We need to pay attention to our feelings and nurture ourselves. Allow our hearts to be our guide.

[What follows is an excerpt from a reading I did two weeks ago, shared here with permission. My client asked about how do we follow the path of the heart…and how can we retain the high energies we feel when newly “in love.”]
The path of the heart includes but is much vaster than romantic love. It encompasses all the beautiful colors of love that there are and even more than humans have yet known as to what love is. As humanity moves forward on this evolutionary path and as the high frequency of love energy comes forth into humanity, your hearts begin to open. Being open and receptive to love will lead to joy and bliss and you will know more and more of the vastness of what true love is. There is something so freeing in this and you will be able to love one another deeply. It is as if you are floating in an ocean of ecstasy. Open yourself to receive the energy by cultivating love in your heart – self love – this infinite love will set you free. There are beautiful endless possibilities that humanity is coming forth into. Keep clearing the resistance to love. Love is a being-ness that is your birthright. Be love.
The spark of love does not require another person. It can be accessed from deep within, and when you couple with another who is also accessing the Divine energies within themselves, that is when you can reach the ecstatic states together. But it comes from deep self-love and acceptance. A love that does not need another to be complete.

The innocence of love is within our hearts. This is the “surge” of energy we have access to at this time.
Within all the shifts and changes it will be beneficial to spend time doing that which energizes our creativity, this will help to accelerate our energy. Many are receiving the message to play with their creativity, even if it is not an “income-producing” effort. Let go of the worry about the income, the economy. A new way of being in the world of energy is being created – so when we work with our creative energy, we are generating a higher frequency of delight. Allow your creative pursuit to bring in unexpected elements – new thought pathways, new ways of working with new materials… however it flows for you. Also, be sure to stretch your body – doing yoga or any kind of gentle stretching will help the energy to continue to flow.
We have much support around us. Trust your intuition and your inner wisdom. As we grow, we will be able to consciously communicate with each other telepathically. As our conscious awareness increases, we will be a great support for one another. Telepathy works through energy and feeling, not through thought. We are able to amplify energy with each other by tuning in to the inner resource of energy that we all draw from.
Remember it is easy to love without attachment. Many are healing wounds from long ago. As the heart opens, pain is released and washed away with tears. It takes courage to open to receive love. Have patience and hold yourselves in gentleness.

Woah, it’s almost the middle of July! I took a little holiday over the 4th of July weekend and it was good to let go and still my thoughts and create space around all the things I “have to do” – to actually release the “doing-ness.” I gave myself a few days and now I’m back. I am creating more “time off” throughout the month for renewal and just plain old fun! And I am listening to the suggestions of the guidance I receive to give myself moments during each day for “me-time.” Loving ourselves and nurturing our heart is the most important practice we can bring to our lives at this time. It opens us to feel respect and appreciation for all life. I’m finding that practicing gratitude for all that I have – water, light, food, friends, home… practicing gratitude softens and dissolves fear and anxiety and brings a feeling of openness and lightness.
Feelings of grogginess or sleepiness are coming forth as we continue to integrate the new energies. It’s our body’s reaction to the expansion that is occurring. It’s helpful to lie down and allow ourselves to go within. Sometimes just ten or fifteen minutes of relaxing into the flow allows us to renew and recharge our energy. If feelings of fear arise, put it in a bubble, send it out of your energy field and explode it. This clears the density to allow more light energy to enter into our being.
A message from Many of One
The clearing process is being accelerated. As you face the truth within yourselves and allow yourself to feel the emotions that wash the past away, you open a conduit through which the accelerated energy can flow freely. Clarity is bestowed on you, enhancing your ability to see through the fog of illusion and false beliefs that once held you in thrall. As the energetic vibrations rise, the density comes up for clearing. Yes, we tell you this over and over again – just gentle reminders about the process you are going through.
This time in the month of July is a time of stillness, but it is not an inactive stillness, it is a time to allow that which is coming up for clearing to surface, be acknowledged and released.
Many are feeling grief as they release the past and say goodbye to an old way of life. Remember, dear ones, as you release the past, you are making room for the new; for miraculous experiences that are brought forth on waves of high vibrational energy.
Have you been noticing moments of synchronicity? Have you had telepathic communication with people and animals? Do you know who is calling when the telephone rings? When events like this occur there is a release and an expansion of energy. It is as if a conduit has opened and the life force energy flows freely. This feels like joy and playfulness and those feelings are what the high vibrational energy is all about. Yes, dear ones, it’s all about love, happiness, play and freedom! School’s out and it’s time for some fun as you witness your own power of creation. So, when moments of synchronicity occur, take the time to stay within the excited, happy and expansive feelings that move through you. Feel the joy and lightness of being and guide it to move into every cell of your body and to fill the field of energy around you.
Within the ever changing atmosphere as you move between shadow and light, know that you are essentially free and cultivate that feeling of freedom from deep within.
During this time it would be most helpful if you were to gift yourself with time to be with yourself and do something that your deepest being wants to do. So many of you are focused on doing and are so busy during your daily lives that you forget about your inner core being. The child within twists and turns, feeling unseen, ignored, uncared for, abandoned. This inner child tugs at you, trying to get your attention. What promises have you made to yourself that you haven’t kept? What small thing can you do to nurture yourself? Make this a daily practice. Ideally it would be good to take one hour for yourself every day to do what the deepest part of yourself wants to do, even if it is to swing lazily in a hammock gazing up at the sky between the leaves. If one hour is not possible, try ten or fifteen minutes. Moments of stillness are powerful moments of renewal. Acts of giving to yourself are beautiful ways of loving and acknowledging yourself. You are all letting go of false beliefs and illusions that have taught you to put others before you. We are advocating practicing self care through healthy selfishness. The more you care for and love yourself, the more love you have to share with the world. The more you love yourself, the more you can receive the gifts the world and physical life has for you.
As you integrate the energies, exercise becomes more and more important. Stretching your muscles, ligaments and tendons helps the energy to move through you. If you do not do some kind of exercise, the old energies can stagnate in the joints of your body, causing physical pain. Remember you are in a physical body, going through expansion and spiritual, mental and emotional clearing and it is important to move that energy through the physical vehicle.
Towards the end of the month, the energies will be opening up. Many deep changes are coming forward. Truth is rising to the surface in individuals and in a broader scale in the socio-political arena. There will be some surprising events playing out on the world stage towards the end of July. Many are feeling as if something is about to pop. Truth will be surfacing around events from the past and people will be standing up more and more for their freedom all around the planet. You can assist with this through prayer and respectfully sending energy of Love into the hot spots.
Continue doing your inner work, have an understanding that all are feeling the rising of the energies, whether they are conscious within it or not, so try not to take anything personally. Eruptions in relationships are happening at this time as you are all creating a new self – undergoing transformation in your energy bodies – this includes your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. Bring the focus back to yourself and keep nurturing your heart with love.

As you traverse the waters of your lives you have experienced the pain and joy of physical existence. You are undergoing yet another trial as the energies are amped up calling you to open and release. Wounds of the past are surfacing; feelings forgotten or feelings you thought you’d already cleared and released are coming up again. As the energy expands you, the wounds are stretched and opened. This experience is related to the retrograde dance of Chiron, Jupiter and Neptune that is occurring now. Know that your wounds are your greatest teachers and they come up as reminders for you to dive in and love yourself without defenses. The love you have for yourself is the purest healing balm and as you fill the wound with the nectar of love, pure love for yourself, you expand more and more into the fullness of your being. Tune in to your resonance, your unique energetic vibration. You are opening to receive your Higher Self, your Soul, the truth of your being. Have compassion for each other, for all are going through the expansion and feeling the opening of old wounds. It won’t always be this way, this is a chance to practice self love, which is the empowerment of your being.
For those in the place of stillness (some call it paralysis, inertia or suspension) – for those of you who don’t know where to go or what to do, breathe deeply and be still within the silence. The energy is filling you and raising you to a new platform of expression. Again, self love will help you to be within the stillness. You are being prepared for the great changes that are unfolding. Have faith, you are loved deeply, for you are the courageous ones who have chosen to go down into the trenches, as it were, to be part of the great turning, to assist with the acceleration and expansion. Much joy is coming to you. Prepare to receive the many gifts that will come in surprising packages. Take heart; celebrate love with one another, practice forgiveness and compassion.

A lot of people have been feeling like they’re suspended between the old and what’s next – as if we are on the trapeze and have let go of one bar and are reaching for the other in verrrrrry sloooooow motion. However, if it hasn’t happened already, that other trapeze bar is going to come smashing to your hand and you’ll grab it and… whoosh!
During the month of June there is an opening – a gateway of energy and all we have gathered around us energetically will be shooting forth to be manifested on the physical plane. There are very powerful energies at work and in this manifestation there are opportunities to expand and grow – to release. What we see outside of us is a reflection of what we are within so whatever shows up reveals where there is light and where there is density—contrasting and revealing each other in the glory that is physical life on Earth.
Light and dark reveal each other and are needed – we have said this before – if all was Light you would be blinded and if all was dark, you wouldn’t be able to see. Accept and play within the beauty of the contrast. It is most magnificent to observe how the light from the sun and the moon play upon this beautiful Earth and the light of love and awareness plays within our consciousness as well.
That which appears in our life is a direct result of our own focus and if you do not like what you see, know that you can change it. Do not feel badly if you don’t like your creation, do not turn against yourself for it is that very energy that creates pain and confusion. Instead, nurture yourself, be kind and loving to yourself, do something nice for yourself to soothe your heart. Look at your experience and bless it for revealing to you that which needs your attention, that which is calling out to be transformed through your awareness and understanding.
As the energetic floodgates open during the month of June, much will be shifting and rearranging in the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual energy bodies of everyone. Intimate relationships are going through deep transformation. That which is not in harmony with your heart can no longer be ignored. This includes relationships with jobs, business and living spaces as well. Allow that transformation to find its place and within the transition is a great deal of love, even though it may seem very painful, know that as you allow your life situations to transform and as you enter into a more authentic expression of your Soul, those who are affected by your transformation have the opportunity to find their authenticity as well.
As energies shift and reconnect to authentic expression they will flow into creative endeavors, new partnerships and collaborations that help accelerate the energy of love that is being amplified throughout the Universe. This energy is vibrating at a high frequency and is affecting your sun, your Earth and all the planets of the Solar System.
There will be much prosperity flowing to those who have been listening to the call of their Soul. Your time has come, dear ones as that which you have been focusing on begins to flower. Send out seeds of light through your desire – send out seeds of light for this flowering to occur.
Those who are receiving energies of prosperity, we ask that you be jubilant and to shine your joy out into the world so that others can pick up on it and be carried along on the waves of creation, prosperity and transformation. You are all connected in a web of one-ness within your unique individuality and the telepathic abilities that have been ignored within you are growing stronger and stronger. Trust what you feel and trust the messages that you are receiving. There will be many miraculous occurrences and we see you lighting up – we see the activation of the pineal gland like a star within the center of your head awakening your intuition, inner sight and psychic abilities. You will begin to know more and more that you are creating and co-creating all that you see around you.
Love, freedom and prosperity are at hand as well as the turmoil of transformation. You will be experiencing both extremes. Support through prayer those who are going through the pain of transformation and amplify the joy of the abundance you are creating. It is all part of the same frequency. For as the higher energies become more anchored within you and are radiated through you out into the earth plane, the more the denser energies are being pulled away, which can be very painful. Open up to this joyful ride! Allow your expansion to happen with a sense of play. Yes, lighten up— if you are in a place of suspension, of not knowing where to go and what to do— be still, focus on being, not doing.
Listen to the children, for they carry much wisdom and magic and they are close to their Higher Selves and the creative source of being. They will be speaking simple gems of truth as the higher energies are home to them.

It is time for us to step into your greater selves. We are being called to live authentically with the full empowerment and awareness of ourselves at the soul level. With this calling comes happiness, joy and an expansive sense of freedom.
We have cleared so much of the energies that were keeping us small. Now is the time to inhabit the fullness of our being. We are not just a humans living on planet Earth. We come from the stars; we are multidimensional beings. Fear has kept us from knowing ourselves – fear and all the accoutrements, such as doubt, judgment and guilt. We have been consciously releasing aspects that have held us back and kept us in guilt and fear. Much of our past experience and the stories we have told has been flooding out of us. Now it is time to open to our true nature and remember who we are – remember the magnificence of our being.
Does this awaken your inner smile? Feel that glow of awareness and feel the freedom that is contained within the knowing that you are so much more – you always knew you were greater than the small container you’ve tried to squeeze yourself into – the container of the past – the container of the dictates of society and the cultural/social configurations we were provided with when we entered into this physical realm. Now we are free to be as big as we know ourselves to be. As we come into knowing ourselves more deeply, we will begin to travel inner realms of mystery, spontaneity and creativity. Our intuition awakens further and telepathic abilities become enhanced.
There is much joy and freedom as the shackles of the past disappear. For, just as the confines of systems of thought and behavior related to money are collapsing, so are the energies that have formed structures around our lives and our feelings and thoughts. The familiar no longer is familiar – there may be a feeling of strangeness as you look out at your world and you may feel emotions fluctuating from one moment to the next.
Our spirits are expanding and as the outmoded energies collapse, they are reforming, for energy cannot be destroyed. We are being called to rise to the occasion – to find the freedom in not knowing from moment to moment what is happening or going to take form. Everything is up in the air, swirling around and as these energies gather and collect together they form into new matrices of energy according to our collective thoughts and feelings. Witness yourself as the creator of all you see. Open to the freedom that comes with this responsibility. Create with joy.
I’ve been stepping out of my comfort zone, which feels pretty scary, but I know it’s part of the expansion. We can’t stay where we’ve been – the tide is high and it’s time to move on. It feels to me that we need to surrender to uncertainty.
The energies of the Vernal Equinox speak of creating new lives. As we move into the unknown we are creating from the source of our being. Think of what you most love to do and feel how it enlivens you. This energetic source is available within you and can be amplified and sent out into your world. Go within and find the sparkle of happiness – it may come from a memory of a happy moment, or the feeling you have when you are doing something you love to do – however you access this feeling is up to you – find the doorway into the feeling of happiness and fill yourself with this feeling. It is a childlike, spontaneous, joyful feeling that makes you feel free and expansive. Send this feeling out into your energy field and then out into the world. Feel this energy linking to aspects in the world that carry the same resonance, then bring this feeling back into your energy field. Practice sending this energy outward and receiving it back – consciously open to receive gifts from the world through the love and happiness you send outward.
As we practice this energy expansion, we will begin to receive in many different ways, the gifts of the universe that match our energetic vibration.

Greetings!
“Hit the ground running . . .”
This is how March is feeling to me. I feel like I’m balancing on a surfboard which is being carried along on a really fast moving current of energy and it’s all kind of wobbly because I’m learning how to surf as I go along! In yoga class on Monday I couldn’t do the “tree” balancing pose – one I usually have no difficulty with – I kept falling over. And yesterday I had my second ice skating class, which feels like learning to walk all over again. So, “wobbliness” seems to be the feeling of the energy these days as we move into new territory and challenge our comfort zone. As part of my expansion, I am introducing a teleclass on accessing and expanding our energetic resource so the work we do constantly replenishes us, instead of depleting us.

As I move into new territory and out of whatever comfort zone I thought I had, I’m feeling excited and frightened and energized at the same time. I’m learning about healthy fear and that moving out of our comfort zone is the only way we can grow. The world as we have known it is obviously changing and rearranging, so most of us are finding that our comfort zone is disappearing. Many of us are being called to create a new life – not re-invent one, but starting from a totally new beginning place. Some are experiencing the crumbling of the old, and others of us are simply experiencing a rising of energy, which we have been working with for a long time. We are being called to step further into our authentic selves as we embody our higher self more and more. Now is a good time to do some grounding meditation and calling in our higher self, raising our energetic vibration to match this beam of energy we’re surfing. This will help dispel nervousness as we expand. Moments of fear and doubt are part of this expansion. What an amazing time to be here in the physical Earth plane.

March is a time for you to open to your inner resource and get on the beam. We speak of the beam as a very real beam of energy. This beam is a wellspring of energy direct from Creator Source and when you vibrate yourself into the beam you are on the ‘right track’ as it were; the enlivened state of being where you are energized by what you are doing. You learn to follow the energy and stay within the beam. Don’t think about it too much! It’s more about feeling and being within this energy. You will recognize it by its vibrancy and feeling tone of energizing excitement. This is a true beam of light vibration. It feels childlike and joyful and holds the energies of your truest nature. It is connected to where you direct your focus. It is not about telling the old story over and over. When you direct your focus to denser, heavier energies you move out of the beam. It’s ok, you will be moving in and out of it for a while, but as you consciously work with these energies – matching yourself up to the higher vibration (which is always expanding, by the way), you will find yourselves remaining in the beam more and more. This is about stepping up into the unfoldment of the new story that you are creating in every moment. Surrender to not knowing and open to a feeling of delight. Every moment is new!
When you are in the beam you are not alone and you all add energy to it. Each of you has a unique energetic vibration that adds to the joyful frequency. You are moving beyond joy into bliss and *gasp* ecstasy! This is evolution. This is like a stairway to heaven, a focus to travel within, a wormhole to a dimension of joy and prosperity. Get used to not knowing what’s going on. Get used to not having to understand everything. The rational mind cannot know the heart of the Creator, but the heart can know the Creator’s song.
As you focus more and more on love—loving yourself and finding inner joy—your outer world will change to match the reflection of what you are amplifying. Be mindful of all the people who cross your path or come into your lives even for the briefest of moments. You are meeting yourself over and over again in all you share energy with.
Creating a new life, that is what the energies of March are assisting you with. Some are well on their way in creating their new lives, others are just beginning to feel how deeply the buzz of change is filtering into their lives. Holding onto the past will only cause you pain. Trying to keep things as they were will tear you apart. Trust becomes your lifeboat as you allow the flow to move through your life – trust and spontaneity will bear you up upon the energies of the flowing current of the beam. As you learn to trust in yourself more and more, and learn to trust in the Guidance that comes to you, you will see that you send a beam of light out from your heart and it connects with the larger beam we have been talking about. This helps you to stabilize within the rising energies. The beam from your heart is filled with your heart’s desire – it is filled with the energy of what you want your life to feel like. As you listen to yourself, feel the vibration of your heart, and send it out as a beacon of light before you, you will begin to receive ideas and inspiration – promptings from Spirit. Acting on these ideas will open a gateway and help you to fly within the beam. Putting feelings and ideas into action will energize and empower you.
If you feel you do not know what this new vibration feels like for you, or if you do not know where to go or what to do, seek guidance – not only from within but from without as well. There are many practitioners of healing modalities who have been preparing for these times. We speak of energy workers, psychic/intuitive guides and body workers. They are available to assist you in clearing and opening to your deeper soul self. Begin to look outward for who might be the right person to help you – ask your guides to help you find the assistance that would be most beneficial for you at this time.
Visions and experiences from the past are still coming up for release. Even people from the past will be passing through either in person or in thought. You can release the memories from your energetic experience by sending them out of your energy field and then exploding them. This is not to cause harm to the other, it is simply to release the repeating patterns that are rising to the surface. The clearer you become, the more able to ride the beam you will be. Remember to fill yourselves with golden light each time you experience a release of energy that is no longer harmonious with your higher vibration. Fill the spaces that were vacated with golden Creator Source energy.
Call the energy and light from the sun into your pineal gland. Vision this star in the center of your head, radiant. This will help you to navigate and will open up neuro-pathways upon which information and inspiration flows. Allow the sun to permeate your energy field – either in direct sunlight or reflected sunlight. Of course, protect your skin as you deem necessary. The sun is a powerful source of life force energy. Swami Sivananda said, “The pineal gland is the receptor and sender of the subtle vibrations which carry thoughts and psychic phenomena throughout the cosmos. The pineal gland converts brain waves into subtle electrical energy traveling faster than the speed of light.”
There will be a surge of powerful high vibrational energy towards the end of the month. The clearing that you are doing will allow you to receive and embody this expansion. It may feel like an earthquake – an inner and outer earthquake.
There is so much assistance for you within and without. Ride the wild energies – have fun – seek like-minded people to share your experiences with. You are not alone. All is well.

Many of One speak about the shifting energies:
You are feeling the dissolution of the structures of the past and this will continue for some time. Many changes are happening in the physical and inner planes. At times it will feel like a very bumpy ride, however surrounding this energy is nothing less than the Christ Consciousness – the Divine flow of Creator Source energy filled with love and joy and yes, opportunity. Great opportunities abound as part of the changes and shifting because as something dissolves, something new is created. Remember to focus on that new creation, even if you don’t know what it is or what it looks like, it is beginning to take form.
More and more people are beginning to look into their souls. Many have nowhere else to go but to look within. They will be seeking help as they begin to awaken. Many have clung to the old ways, not wanting to pay attention to their spirit and to the vastness of their being. This awakening is coming upon earth and upon all who dwell on earth. And people will be affected in different ways by these energies. Many are calling for help and many wish to continue to cling to the past, however, they are clinging to something that is dissolving. This will cause much distress in the energy and this is why it is so important to focus within and to know that you have protective spheres of energy all around you. Surround them with ultra violet light for protection and purification and surround that with violet flames for transmutation of lower vibrating energies.
Yes we have been saying the energies are vibrating higher and higher – wave upon wave of this energy is pulsing through the galaxy and this is affecting Mother Earth as well. She is going through deep shifts and changes. This has been and will continue to picture out in the form of earthquakes, volcanoes and other eruptions of nature. This information is not to bring fear, this is to bring the understanding that if you remain in the moment of Now, connected to the center and core of your being, connected to Earth and Spirit, and connected to your Self in your heart, you will always be in the right place and time for the highest growth of your Soul. Bring your Higher Self into your awareness, into your body – this is your Soul, this is the vastness of your being. As you stay within the center of this Light, you will be guided, protected and cared for, no matter what your circumstances are. There is a beam of Light energy – the Creator Source energy beam. Within this beam is the truth of your being and in this beam you are connected to others of the Christed Consciousness of Oneness.
Yes, momentous times indeed.
There is a buzz in the air about the year 2012 and we tell you it is happening now. 2012 is a threshold. It is a time where the vibration of light will be higher than the vibration of dark. This is not to say that the Earth plane is to be filled only with light, but the higher vibration of Light is what is expanding the Earth into the Fifth Dimension. The lower frequencies are being jettisoned – they cannot exist within the higher, lighter energy. Within the fifth dimension you will embody your Soul Self, your Higher Self. Many miraculous aspects will occur regarding embodying the genius of your Self – the fullness of your Being. Telepathic abilities are expanding, as well as manifestation, so focus on what brings you joy, what brings you happiness – this is what is necessary to navigate in and out of the fields of density and Light. And the colliding of those fields is what is making people feel somewhat bounced around and disoriented. There is also a growing aspect of unfamiliarity that many are feeling. The surroundings they are in have an unfamiliar quality about them and that is because they are part of what is dissolving. You are all moving from the past into the present time. That is another key element to be mindful of at this time: staying in the moment of now. We know you have heard this over and over again. Now is all that exists. The moment of now is where you will find peace and harmony, groundedness and joy.
Many people have been feeling palpitations at the heart and nervousness at the solar plexus. It is helpful to do physical exercise, and to do such activities as cleaning out the closets or drawers or to organize something – this would be very grounding. In addition you can consider lightening your load and disposing of things you no longer use. Clearing space – you are doing it within and without. When clearing your inner space, fill the cleared spaces with light, as if you are packing a wound. Fill it with the soothing nectar of light.
Look to each other to find comfort, harmony and laughter. This will help you move through these energetic frequencies as the fifth and third dimensions bang up against each other. What happened to the fourth dimension, you may ask? Many of you are currently in the fourth dimension, where you access the moment of now. You take the moment of now further into the fifth dimension and add your Soul Self. You come into a place of timelessness. It is best not to try to think about this too much because it is not something you have known before. Thinking leads to comparisons and you have nothing to compare this to. So rest within the knowingness of the unknown. Yes the knowingness of the unknown.
Focus on your dreams and dream them big and beautiful. Trust that if you have the seed of this dream, it can be nurtured and grown into a blossoming flower of Consciousness. You have much to offer at this time. But in the meantime, clean out the closets! Organize your life as best you can and take time out to have fun and be with friends and those you love.
Much love, wisdom and beauty is available to you. Understand that you are moving through energies and becoming more sensitive to the energetic vibrations you are sharing with others, whether you are in person, emailing or talking on the telephone. So it is helpful to have a clear space of energy and centeredness where you stand in the core of your being floating along in your bubble of now. Everything else is absolute elsewhere. Focus on your heart – focus on the love that is within your heart and expand it throughout your being. Fill your energy field with that love. Smile the inner smile.

Greetings!
Sometimes, when this vibe report looks like it’s going to come out “late,” I realize that I’m waiting for more information to come through, and it’s all in Divine Timing. In the last week it’s been difficult to focus on what needs to be done in “outer” life. There has been an element of inertia which Andrea Hess, teacher of Soul Realignment (www.empoweredsoul.com) described as difficulty in focusing on the third dimensional tasks, such as paying the bills, because we are in a dimensional shift – integrating 5th dimensional energies – and as we do this, the third dimensional activities seem less important. Of course, we all know we do need to pay those bills yet there’s a kind of disconnected feeling about it – like simply not caring (at least I’ve felt that). In a way, that is good because at least we’re not in worry mode. However, in actuality, taking care of 3rd dimensional business can help us stay grounded.
Accompanying the fifth dimensional energy is a shifting out of duality into being -ness. Duality, or polarity, is part of the old system that is falling away. We constantly judge if something is of the light or the dark, or if it’s good or bad, etc. I’m in the process of working out what this means and how to deal with it – it seems like acceptance is a big part of releasing duality. Acceptance of what is and staying in the moment of NOW. Many of us are undergoing extreme shifts in feeling – one moment feeling great and fully empowered, the next moment feeling like there’s no point to anything we’ve ever done! In the last week I had a few friends who needed to be talked down from “the ledge” and then in the next moment, I was up there crying out for help! Now we have a running joke about the ledge – being able to laugh at our process is a brilliant gift of being human.
Another feeling tone that is coming into play is the idea, which came to me through the work of Esther Hicks and Abraham – that this physical life is actually a vacation from the non-physical. What an empowering concept this is to consider. We can do anything with energy – our lives can go however we so desire. Alas, oftentimes it doesn’t feel that way. We need to remember that we have been clearing so many blockages and restrictions that have held us back from our deepest empowerment. Old beliefs, fears, even energies from other lifetimes are being cleansed from our energy field. So when we put an order in for something we want, we then need to get out of the way and let the energies of manifestation follow our command.
And now, it’s time to tell a new story. December is a month of coming into clear focus of what we want our new lives to be like. We have released so much old stuff and now is a potent time for creating a new picture of ourselves and rising above what we created in the past. This is a time to stop telling the same old story over and over, and maybe even re-write that story as a comedy! If, when we leave the physical, we have the experience of realizing what it was all about – and that it was supposed to be fun – and that it could have gone however we really wanted it to go, we will want to come back – to get back on the roller coaster and go for another crazy ride. So if that’s the case, then let’s start right now – having more fun and creating the life we want.
Meditation and prayer is helpful in moving through this transition, as well as asking for help from our spirit guides, angels and creator source. Body work which moves energy, shamanic modalities, reiki, polarity, cranio-sacral and Soul Realignment sessions help with clearing and balancing the energy fields of the body.
And now, I ask my non-physical friends, Many of One to comment on the 5th dimension and embracing the concept of non-duality.
Greetings, Dear Ones,
Fifth dimensionality is a vaster experience where you access feelings from the heart and communicate through feeling to one another – this is telepathic communication, but without words. Through the vibration of energetic frequencies – feeling tones – you send a beam out to whomever you wish to communicate with. This is done with respect and love. You can send out the feeling tone of your energetic signature – it’s like tapping someone on the shoulder – but really it’s tapping someone on the heart. And then they may send a feeling back to you. Feeling tones have different colors and vibrations, so we see you sending beams of multi colored light to one another. Have fun with this, see what happens. Along with feelings you can send pictures and images to one another. This will be an integral way of communicating in the future. Like anything else, you begin by practicing and as you become more adept at it; your communication will become more intricate.
Of course, you have already been communicating through thoughts and feelings – in fact, you do it all the time. However in the 5th dimension, it is a more refined, direct and elegant expression. In the third dimension, all thoughts forms are flying around – what you would call negative, as well as positive. Know that what you send out does return to you. The vibration that you are amplifying attracts like vibration to you – it looks like sending out a beam and this beam highlights all that is in vibrational harmony with it and then that vibration returns to you. So as you work on clearing your energy of that which doesn’t feel good, and as you focus your intention on bringing in that which does feel good, that good feeling amplifies.
Now, after we have just mentioned good feelings and not so good feelings, we wish to address the concept of non-duality, which is also part of the experience of the fifth dimension.
We know that from a 3rd dimensional point of view it is difficult to come to an understanding of what non duality is when we speak of good/bad, light/dark, happy/sad. All of these feelings seem to be at the opposite end of a see-saw. Many of you have been experiencing extreme highs and lows, it is also being pictured out in your weather patterns and in the economic situation. At the same time you are being filled with the higher vibrations that raise you above the third and even fourth dimension. This is similar to moving through the chakra systems. You are integrating the loving, opening and accepting energies of the fourth dimension up into the fifth dimension which takes you above the feelings of duality. So we invite you to breathe into that and experiment with yourselves as to what this feels like. It involves surrender and acceptance and an attitude of witnessing what is happening – becoming the witness to the feelings within you.
We understand these times of transition are provoking much fear in people. Fear tethers you to the third dimensional focus. There is an aspect to the extremity of conditions that can blow you into another dimension beyond fear. So it is as if you can use fear as a doorway to take you beyond fear itself. You come to a point where there is nothing you can do about what you fear. When you find acceptance – by allowing yourself to sit within the feeling, it actually begins to dissipate, and you can begin to rise above it – as if you are in a canal and the lock you are in is filling with acceptance, raising you up to the next level so you can move forward again. This is the shift you are transitioning through. Surrender into acceptance of the feeling. Often when you are in such moments of fear and despair you feel as if it will be this way forever and we wish to impress upon you that all is changing all the time.
With duality there is judgment. In the state of acceptance, judgment disappears. Feeling tones move through you. The feelings of love, joy happiness – when you move into the shadow of these feelings, it is all the same thing and this is where acceptance comes in. It is the same thing, the other side of the coin – the light reveals the dark and the dark defines the light. See the image of the yin/yang symbol. This is an image of non duality – opposites exist within each other. Within fear is the seed of love. Within dark, is the seed of light, within light is the seed of dark.
Feeling tones are a way of amplifying what you want your life experience to be. Trust and faith is an integral part of this experience. As you clear away the belief systems that once served you but now hold you back, you may find yourself thinking that this intentionality doesn’t work. When you have a thought of doubt you will feel it pulling you down into a state of disempowerment. As you breathe into your heart chakra, you will begin to feel lighter – you will find a place of acceptance and love that feels childlike and free. This will help to raise your vibration.
You will probably be experiencing this up and down phenomena for awhile longer. If you have the intention of learning to rise up into a place of acceptance and the moment of now, it will help you to find inner stillness and a sense of stability.
We understand that you have the third dimensional tasks of “chopping wood and carrying water” – the tasks that you must attend to in order to support yourself in the physical. These tasks can serve to be very grounding and as your vibration rises, you will need the grounding. We understand that elements of survival are bringing up a lot of fear. You will notice that when you are able to come into your heart and raise the energy into the 5th dimensional place of non duality you can rest there and open to new possibilities. Know that you came here to participate at this time in this great adventure – when you bring the feeling tone of this truth into your being, you will find the fear loosening.
As you allow yourself to open up and experience your connection to Spirit, your life will change completely. You will deeply know that you are so much more than this body which you need so desperately to take care of. Open up to an allowing that the body does indeed care for itself quite well – as you have observed so many times – you receive a cut and within 3 or 4 days it is healed. This miraculous body that you are in can take care of itself if you would allow it to do so. Now we understand that we are moving into the territory of wellness/illness. How can you make wellness a focus if you are involved with illness? Within illness is the seed of wellness. Do you see the symbol of yin and yang?
Gratitude and acceptance for what is will help you to release into the flow where you can envision and create the feeling tone of what you wish to experience. Whether it is illness or wellness – having a home or being homeless – bringing yourselves into the place of stillness within and going from the mind into the heart and knowing that, whether you live or die, you still exist.
Transformation is happening all the time, which is another aspect to release into. You are never still and you are never finished – IT – existence, life – is a fractal – you just keep going in and in and in and each moment is a vista – an endless, infinite vista with patterns of feelings that create experiences. The flow is constant – always flowing, always changing. Life, the river of love – the river of creator source energy is forever moving. You are bringing more and more of this creator source energy into your energy stream – into your heart and out into your intentions along those energy lines that connect you to your world – the Innernet – the vast network of communication through feeling that you are evolving into. Yes it is a new beginning – a beginning pathway which has the potential to take you beyond the physical technology that seems so important right now. This physical technology is an example of what you can do within your own being-ness. Think on that as you rise into the 5th dimension and beyond. You are not stopping to rest anywhere. You are moving and expanding and growing all the time. And for every ending there is a beginning. So what is it, an ending or a beginning?
Dear ones, we send softness to your hearts. We wish for you to know about another resource that can assist you – in addition to reaching out to your spirit guides, angels and Creator Source energy, which are all there for you at any moment – the other resource you have that is the most beautiful and profound is each other. Sharing experiences, communication through meditation gatherings whether they be in the physical or inner dimensions – finding the community with which you resonate and having fun with one another by sharing meals and dancing, receiving and giving energy work and body work – these beautiful connections in love and friendship will help you on your journey.
As you rise and fall within this dimensional shift, have patience with yourselves. Be loving and kind to yourselves and each other.
We know that change can be very scary, causing fear and panic. When those feelings come upon you we remind you to draw upon one of your greatest gifts –your sense of humor – one of the greatest gifts humans have been given. This is your saving grace – it is the lubrication to get you through some tough, narrow places. Laughter and love will help you to rise above pain. We want you to know that, truly, all is well – and that, whatever is leaving your lives, know that you are a phoenix with the ability to rise up from the ashes of the past. There is help all around you in the non-physical and the physical. You can draw great strength and comfort from your interactions with each other. Go forth with a feeling of renewal and hope, with the assurance that, indeed, this great roller coaster ride called life is something you came here to experience. The abilities to manifest quickly are becoming stronger and stronger. Know that you have the power inside of you to create a brilliant life that is free and filled with love and creative potential.
These are indeed miraculous times to be alive in.

Greetings!
Hello everybody. We in the USA are poised on a moment of great change. A buzz of anxiety is in the air. One moment feels filled with hope, another despair. We are holding the highest vision for our country and the entire planet as we move into more and more of a heart centered consciousness of Global proportions. We are People of Earth. One way or another, love will always save the day.
Many of One and I collaborate on these messages. Here is what they have to say.
We wish to speak to you about the purge and release spin cycle that has been happening. As we have been saying for many months, that which is not in harmony with the high vibrational energies that are steadily increasing is continuing to come up for clearing. The purge has been getting stronger, and this was felt in the last weeks of October. That which is not in harmony with your heart’s resonance will make itself known in no uncertain terms. Relationships are leaving or changing and this is in accord with your true heart. New relationships are also being created. True friends and lovers are gravitating towards each other as if a great magnetization has been set in motion.
There are energetic triggers which are igniting on the grid of the golden web that surrounds the earth. The Golden Web is an energetic membrane consisting of sacred geometrical energy lines which surround the physical body of the Earth. Each intersection point where the energy lines cross is a point of possible activation of energies. The high vibrational energies that are pulsing through the galaxy trigger certain intersection points along the gridlines surrounding Earth. This activity is out-pictured in events happening in the world and, in turn, these triggers affect the golden webs that surround each individual being on earth. For each person also has an energetic golden web which surrounds their subtle energy bodies. As trigger points on the earth web are ignited, they correspond to points on each individual’s energetic web. This in turn creates changes in vibration, which pictures out as shifts and changes in the outer world.
Not every trigger or activation affects each individual, however you may sometimes feel as if something is different and yet all on the surface appears unchanged. Other times you will see the changes out-pictured in the relationships in your life, or in the greater world picture. Many may feel that they are emptying out. Jobs are ending, as are other relationship forms. Even beloved animal friends are leaving the earth plane. We understand these kinds of events happen all the time; however it is at a more accelerated rate at this time. Remember all these “losses” are making room for something new to enter into your life. This is a time to plant seeds. What are the new elements you want to grow in your life? Listen to your dreams and know that you can manifest your heart’s desire. Consciously connecting yourself to earth’s core will help you to stabilize as the energy swirls around you.
In the midst of the changes and chaos, it is essential to find stillness and to listen to your true heart to hear what your deepest desire is. You are being called to face yourself in the totality of your being – to let go of blame and anger regarding the changing situations and see all as an opportunity to create a new life. Embrace responsibility for your unique path. Certain situations, friendships and family members may no longer be available for you to lean on in the old ways. You always have your spirit guides and posse of angels to call on for help, but in another way you are essentially alone within yourself. There is a paradox here, in that you are also part of the whole of creation – the one-ness of the creative life force. However in this life on planet earth, you hold a unique energy signature that is like your fingerprints – one of a kind. Stand firm within your essence, breathe into the feeling that is you and draw upon the deep faith within. Your presence on earth is no accident. Your unique vibration is needed here. All is being brought down to the fundamental aspect of love. Love is God, Love is Spirit, Love is within all living beings. Love is within the Earth. Love is the foundation of creation. Love does not judge right or wrong. Love (God) is simply an is-ness of flowing energy. We call this the Divine Indifference of Spirit, for Spirit is a flow of being-ness, of love energy. It judges not right or wrong. You can draw this energy into your beings consciously. Do not judge yourselves, just be within the flow of love inside of you. Call upon it, enliven it, embody it, believe it is part of your essence. Love yourself and love one another.
Relationships of all kinds are where the magic lies – enjoy creating fun and happy times with one another. Laugh often. Human beings are amazing creatures. Their capacity for the embodiment of Light and Dark is something to behold. Much work is being done regarding embracing the shadow side of self. The shadow and the light that is within consciousness dance together, revealing themselves and creating movement and constant transformation. Many feel they should only focus on the Light. We say to you if all was light, it would be too blinding to see, just as if all was dark, you would be blind as well.
For November we see you rising to a new plateau after the first week – a place of assimilating the new energy you have been making room for. A feeling of renewal, more surges of high vibrational energies. We are seeing jubilation in some sectors – much applauding and cheering. Also, more collapsing of old structures that are based in fear. People rising to the occasion to assist one another. It is helpful to be spontaneous. Within chaos or fear, there is an opportunity for connecting to inner faith, turning your attention to your heart – the rhythm of your heart – and allowing it to guide the rhythm of your lives. The heart connection is where to focus your energies at this time. The grip of fear is weakening, even though there will be feelings of hitting bottom, it will have a different emotional color tone – it will carry with it a feeling of relief for some, because there is a vibration – a feeling tone of not being able to go on as things have been, for truth is surfacing. Some sectors will be rising in anger and fear, but many others, at the grass roots level will welcome the chance to bring more community into their lives and share their resources. This will open up the heart centers as well.
This is what you came here to participate in and to assist with. Rejoice! The times of miraculous change and magic are at hand.
